What does a normal week actually look like?

Hours you're working or committed, and what fills the day. Be blunt. "Nothing, I'm wrecked" is a valid answer.

How many days a week are you working, all up? Total hours a week you're working, honestly Include the unpaid bits — quoting, driving, admin at night.

2 · Responsibilities

Who and what depends on you?

Tick what applies, then say what it takes each week — time, money, headspace.

What does each one actually take? e.g. "Mum — Tuesdays and Saturdays, 6 hours, plus phone calls." "Dojo — 3 nights, 9 hours, unpaid." Which of these are non-negotiable — the things a business must be built around, not squeezed in beside?

3 · The business

Who is the customer?

If you don't know yet, say so. That's not a failure, it's the first job.

What are you doing for money right now, and what do you want to be doing? Do you know who your ideal customer is?

4 · Money

What does a week cost you?

Bills, food, fuel, kids, the lot — per week. Then we add 15% for savings, because a business that doesn't leave you savings isn't a business, it's a second job.
